Rotary to bring the world to Barrington at inaugural International Fest

Barrington Breakfast Rotary Club is bringing the region's first-ever, large-scale International Festival to the Barrington area.

Barrington Breakfast Rotary Club is undertaking an ambitious new effort to bring the region’s first-ever, large-scale International Festival to the Barrington area.  The Fest will showcase international music, dance, food and culture, and looks to attract vendors, performers and attendees from far beyond the Barrington communities.

International Fest is set for July 6th, to closely follow Barrington’s Independence Day celebrations.  From 11:00am to 9:00pm at night under the big tent in downtown Barrington at Main St (Lake-Cook) and Hough (Rte. 59).  Admission is free until 5:00pm, at which time a $2.00 per person and $5.00 family fee is charged.  A variety of ethnic foods will be offered along with soft drinks, beer and wine served.
