Architects and design professionals can learn about net zero energy, ADA standards, curved surface design, sustainability practices, building codes and more at the 2011 Chicago Architecture Conference & Product Show Oct. 18 at the Drury Lane Conference Center, Oakbrook Terrace, IL. The conference, hosted by the Association of Licensed Architects (ALA), also features more than 70 product exhibits. Design professionals can earn up to 6.0 CE credits.

The address, which will be followed by a Q & A, will cover the economic outlook for the U.S. and the Midwest, with specific attention paid to key economic sectors and indicators.

Conference sessions run from 10:30 am to 5 pm. Complete packages, which include the keynote address, seminars, product show, continental breakfast and buffet lunch are $125 for members, $150 for non-members and $55 for students with ID.
