Back to School Program: Childhood Cancers

This presentation will be held at the Wellness Place in Palatine and is geared toward parents fo children who have survived cancer and are in treatment along with school professionals, social workers and nurses. A pediatric oncologist from Children's Memorial Hospital and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Dr. Reichek, will discuss the cognitive effects of childhood cancer treatment and improving the transition from clinic to the classroom.
