Viewfinder: Grove Avenue School Students Fold Cranes for Japan

Students from Grove Avenue Elementary School have been busy folding cranes to raise money and awareness for Japan.

Students at Grove Avenue Elementary School spent the day folding oragami paper cranes to raise money for the victims of the tsunami and earthquake that struck Japan.

Students will be selling the cranes to raise money for various Japan relief funds, but the oragami cranes have a symbolic meaning as well.  The cranes created by Grove Avenue School students will be sent to Japanese schools as a good will gesture. Osh Kosh B'Gosh will also donate one piece of clothing for every crane donated.
