Coach to be Recognized at BHS Baseball Booster's Banquet Fundraiser

Tickets for the Barrington High School Baseball Booster Club's banquet fundraiser are $50 per person and should be ordered by March 7.

Assistant varsity baseball coach Tim Rife will be honored at the Barrington High School Baseball Booster Club banquet fundraiser March 14.

Rife, a 1974 BHS graduate, will be recognized for his many years of services to the BHS baseball program. He received the 2013 Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association’s Assistant Coach of the Year award.

"There is no one more deserving of this honor than Coach Rife," said booster club president John Sciaccotta. "He has made a positive impact on and off the field to hundreds of young men who have gone through the baseball program. His commitment to BHS baseball has been unsurpassed."
