Fillies Softball Team Heads to Semifinals
The Fillies beat Warrern High School Monday night, advancing them to the Class 4A semifinals.
The Barrington varsity girls’ softball team is heading to the next round of play in the Illinois High School Association's state series.
The team won the super-sectional game against Gurnee’s Warren High School Monday by a score of 8-3, advancing them to the Class 4A semifinal round, according to the Illinois High School Association’s website. They will play for the chance to move on to the championships Friday at 3 p.m. at East Peoria.
