The Fourth of July may be over but the summer fun continues in Barrington.
The Brat Tent will remain up for this weekend’s Uncork Barrington on July 12 and Barrington Beer Fest on July 13
Uncork Barrington is a wine tasting event featuring businesses around town and sponsored by the Barrington Village Association. The event begins at 6 p.m. and continues to 10 p.m.

Tickets are $50 for the 21 and over event. Uncork Barrington features 48 quality wines from eight regions, complimentary hors d'oeuvres from 10 restaurants and caterers and a souvenir wine glass, according to the event’s website. There is also live music.
Barrington Brew Fest begins at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 13 until 7 p.m. Organizers have 46 brewers attending who will offer a variety of beers. There will also be food and a bags tournament. It is an over 21 event. Tickets are $40 and only 1.500 are available.

Proceeds go to the Barrington Area Council on Aging.
