Huge Community Garage Sale

Find treasures at this community garage sale in Tower Lakes, off Route 59, Kelsey Road, Indian Trail and Roberts Road. Over 45 homes will be participating. 

Grove Avenue Carnival

Grove Avenue School, 900 S. Grove Ave., is hosting its annual carnival starting at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13 and running through the weekend. The hours are noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15. It’s a great place to make new friends while enjoying some good grub from our grill masters, live entertainment, exciting new games, shoes flying while riding carnival rides and much, much more!!

Art in Citizens Park

The Barrington Arts Council presents the fifth annual Art in the Park from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15 at Citizens Park, 511 Lake Zurich Road, Barrington. All the wonderful work of Barrington area artists will be highlighted. Come and enjoy your local artists' offerings and food from local restaurants.

Autumn Wine Walk

The merchants in downtown Barrington will host an Autumn Wine Walk from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, September 14. The Autumn Wine Walk is a wonderful opportunity for shoppers and visitors to experience the shops and restaurants in the Village Center, the Shops on Lageschulte, the Historical Society Campus and the Ice House Mall. Each shop will showcase their merchandise, unique gifts and specialty items while providing a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Customers can begin the Wine Walk at any participating business by picking up a location map for the tasting.
