CFC Presents 'A Chemical Reaction: The Story of a True Green Revolution'
Documentary tells the story of a town's fight to ban synthetic pesticides and herbicides.
Citizens for Conservation will host a screening of “A Chemical Reaction: The Story of a True Green Revolution, ” Wednesday, Feb. 27, 7 p.m., at Barrington Village Hall, 200 S. Hough St., Barrington. The CFC Community Education Committee’s first evening program in the winter series features this 2009 documentary that tells the story of a Canadian town’s fight to ban synthetic lawn pesticides and herbicides.
