Niles Hair Salon Bandit Strikes Again, Reward Offered Niles Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest and filing of criminal charges against the suspect wanted for a string of hair salon robberies in Niles, Skokie, Morton Grove and other northern and western suburbs in the past two to three weeks, according to a statement from Crime Stoppers.
