Avoiding Garlic Breath on Valentine's Day

To ensure you don't scare your date away during your Valentine's Day dinner, researchers say to drink a glass of milk with garlicky foods.

  Are you planning on taking your sweetie to a romantic dinner for Valentine’s Day? To avoid garlic breath, researchers say to grab a glass of milk. The Institute of Food Technologists reports that drinking milk while eating food filled with garlic can cut down on the bad breath commonly linked with the food. The news source says whole milk does the trick better than reduced fat options, and drinking the beverage with the meal is proven more effective than drinking milk afterwards.
