Grigsby Prairie’s 25th Anniversary Celebration Time/Date: Saturday, Sept. 8, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Location: Oak Knoll Road east of Buckley Road, Barrington Hills Cost: Free Join Citizens for Conservation for a tour of Grigsby Prairie for its 25th anniversary celebration. The 42-acre tall grass prairie restoration is full of fall colors this time of year. Participants will enjoy refreshments, displays and a one-hour tour of the prairie. RSVP 847-382-SAVE and choose a time for your tour. They take place every 15 minutes starting at 9 a.m. with the last tour at 11:15 a.m. Please park only on the north side of Oak Knoll Road.
