Police Charge Wheeling Man in Lake Zurich McDonald’s Stabbing

Maxwell S. Younger, 21, was charged with three felony counts of aggravated battery.

  Lake Zurich Police charged a 21-year-old Wheeling man with three felony counts of aggravated battery in the Dec. 5 stabbing of a North Barrington man in the Lake Zurich McDonald’s parking lot, according to Commander David Bradstreet. Maxwell S. Younger, of 699 Cherrywood Dr. Wheeling, was charged with aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, aggravated battery in a public place and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. The charges are class 3 felonies and are punishable by two to five years in a state penitentiary.  Younger's bond was set at $50,000. He is in custody of the Lake County Sheriff, said Bradstreet. @daddyO reading up on your first few comments...no that wasn't his mother. even if it was that was very disrespectful to say they failed with max. he's grown and knows right from wrong so his parents have nothing to do with it. with thay being said knowing right from wrong if you knew anything about max you would know that there would obviously be more to this story. of course it is not out there…   more ›
