I need to preface this by telling you, readers, that the forecast for the first couple of days this week is no April Fools' Day joke. Yes, there is indeed a forecast high of 38 degrees both Monday and Tuesday—and forecast lows around 22 degrees both nights, according to the National Weather Service. Just where is Spring, you ask?
