I hope to provide a venue in which I can transfer knowledge and answer questions about the foreclosure process.  So many in our community are impacted one way or another by the downturn in real estate.  Our news media thus far has done a poor job in explaining what is really happening.  More importantly, this lack of knowledge and information by the general public will continue to hurt the real estate market  indefinitely unless you are equipped with the right information and knowledge.  My goal in my writings is to help achieve this objective.
