Live Cooking Demonstration at Chess Tournament
Zein Bertacchi is a Microbiologist by professional
and she will be at Hough School serving homemade Middle Eastern food at the 6th
Annual Hough School Chess Tournament. 100% of the proceeds of the tournament
will be donated to a charity for a little girl who was disfigured in a fire.
Chess Without Borders paid for her surgery and is now paying for her education
through cooking up dishes under the guidance of Zein Bertacchi.
You can help by playing in the tournament on the 22nd
of Feb at Hough Street School or by joining us for a meal that day anytime from
10 am to 3 pm.
